WINDY CITY MEGA DRAFT
I understand that this paid entry into the 2024 Spiderz Windy City Mega Draft Softball Tournament is non-transferable and all sales final. In the event you cannot make the Windy City Mega Draft after payment has been made and before Live Draft Day (April 16th, 2024), Spiderz (in an act of good faith) will try to find someone off the waiting list to take your spot. If we find someone, we’ll refund all monies paid by you for registration fee to Spiderz LESS a $30 administration fee. You may not sell or transfer your spot by your own efforts. If you back out after Live Draft Day or after April 16th, 2024 (whichever comes first) through June 27th, 2024 , you will receive a refund LESS $120 (Jersey Fee) and LESS any optional add-on purchases ordered such as Official Tournament & Companion Jerseys, and we’ll ship you your (2) custom full dye team jerseys and optional add on pieces approximately 10-15 business days after the tournament has been completed. If you back out after June 27th , 2024 you’ll receive no refund and we’ll ship you your uniform package LESS the Hat approximately 10-15 business days after the tournament has been completed. You agree to not hold Spiderz Sports or any of its employees or agents liable for any harm or injury while playing or spectating at the 2024 Spiderz Windy City Mega Draft. Spiderz Sports has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for fighting, player discrimination and foul language during our events. Spiderz Sports reserves the right to Permanently Eject any player or spectator from the tournament and grounds at any time for violating this policy, with no refund of any monies paid. You also agree to be present at all games your team has scheduled during the 2024 Spiderz Windy City Mega Draft tournament. In the event of a 2024 Spiderz Windy City Mega Draft tournament cancellation anytime between 12:01am April 16th , 2024 and 11:59pm July 4th, 2024, the registered participant agrees to accept the event Uniform Package that was custom made for the participant, as Services/Products Rendered In Full and no refunds given. Furthermore, if the event is canceled BEFORE the scheduled uniform pickup date of July 5th 2024, Spiderz will ship complete Uniform Package to participant via USPS Priority or UPS Ground by no later than a postmark date of Friday July 19th , 2024 with all shipping costs paid for by Spiderz. If the event is canceled BEFORE the 1st pitch of the 1st game on the scheduled start date of July 5th, 2024, Spiderz will distribute all tournament prizes/awards via Random Drawing Giveaways and Contests on Spiderz Mega Draft Facebook Group via Facebook Live to registered participants of the 2024 Spiderz Windy City Mega Draft by no later than Friday July 19th, 2024. If the tournament is cancelled after the 1st pitch of the 1st game on the scheduled start date of July 5th, 2024, and before the end of the Play-In Game Round, Spiderz will distribute all tournament prizes/awards via Random Drawing Giveaways and Contests on Spiderz Mega Draft Facebook Group via Facebook Live to registered participants of the 2024 Spiderz Windy City Mega Draft by no later than Friday July 19th, 2024. If the tournament is cancelled after the completion of the Play-In Game Round(s), Spiderz will distribute all tournament prizes/awards via the tournament director’s discretion. Tournament director reserves all rights to modify any game to a 1-pitch format, eliminate play-in game round, eliminate Dog-House Bracket, eliminate Loser Bracket, eliminate 4 game guarantee format, modify time limit(s), in the event of time constraints due to Weather or Random Acts of God. Any Player Registration Cancellations or Drops before April 15th, 2024 are subject to a $30 Administration Fee. Absolutely NO REFUNDS of any amount after June 27th, 2024. You as a participant here by grant permission to Spiderz Sports, its representatives, and employees, to take photographs and/or videos of me during the Windy City Mega Draft. I understand that the photographs and/or videos may be used for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes by Spiderz Sports including but not limited to, advertising, brochures, websites, social media platforms, and other promotional materials.
I agree that Spiderz Sports has the full right to copyright, reproduce, publish, distribute, or display any such photographs and/or videos, without any compensation or consideration owed to me. I acknowledge and agree that the photographs and/or videos may be edited or modified as deemed necessary by Spiderz Sports.
I hereby release Spiderz Sports , its representatives, and employees from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, costs, expenses, liabilities, and judgments whatsoever, whether at law or in equity, arising out of or related to the use, distribution, or publication of the photographs and/or videos, including without limitation, any claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, or copyright infringement. I further acknowledge that participation in the event is voluntary, and I have no expectation of privacy during the event. I understand that I may be identifiable in the photographs and/or videos, and I waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished products or the use to which the photographs and/or videos may be applied.

If the tournament is cancelled after the completion of the Play-In Game Round(s), Spiderz will distribute all tournament prizes/awards via the tournament director’s discretion. In the event you cannot make the Sin City Mega Draft and/or Sin City Mega Draft 2 after payment has been made and before Live Draft Day (July 27, 2023), Spiderz (in an act of good faith) will try to find someone off the waiting list to take your spot. If we find someone, we’ll refund all monies paid by you for registration fee to Spiderz LESS a $30 administration fee. You may not sell or transfer your spot by your own efforts. If you back out after Live Draft Day or after July 27th, 2023 (whichever comes first) through October 12th, 2023, you will receive a refund LESS $120 (Jersey Fee) and LESS any optional add-on purchases ordered such as Official Tournament & Companion Jerseys, and we’ll ship you your (3) custom full dye team jerseys and optional add on pieces approximately 10-15 business days after the tournament has been completed. In the event of a 2023 Spiderz Sin City Mega Draft and/or Sin City Mega Draft 2 tournament cancellation anytime between 12:01am July 28th, 2023 and 11:59pm Sunday Ocotober 22nd 2023 for Sin City 2 or 11:59pm Sunday October 29th, 2023 for Sin City, the registered participant agrees to accept the event Uniform Package that was custom made for the participant, as Services/Products Rendered In Full and no refunds given. Furthermore, if the event is canceled BEFORE the scheduled uniform pickup date of October 19th 2023 for Sin City 2or October 26th 2023 for Sin City, Spiderz will ship complete Uniform Package to participant via USPS Priority or UPS Ground by no later than a postmark date of Friday November 17th, 2023 with all shipping costs paid for by Spiderz. If the event is canceled BEFORE the 1st pitch of the 1st game on the scheduled start date of October 26th, 2023 for Sin City and October 19th 2023 for Sin City 2, Spiderz will distribute all tournament prizes/awards via Random Drawing Giveaways and Contests on Spiderz Mega Draft Facebook Group via Facebook Live to registered participants of the 2023 Spiderz Sin City Mega Draft and/or Sin City Mega Draft 2 by no later than Friday November 17th, 2023. If the tournament is cancelled after the 1st pitch of the 1st game on the scheduled start date of October 26th 2023 for Sin City or October 19th 2023 for Sin City 2, and before the end of the Play-In Game Round, Spiderz will distribute all tournament prizes/awards via Random Drawing Giveaways and Contests on Spiderz Mega Draft Facebook Group via Facebook Live to registered participants of the 2023 Spiderz Sin City Mega Draft and/or Sin City Mega Draft 2 by no later than Friday November 17, 2023. If the tournament is cancelled after the completion of the Play-In Game Round(s), Spiderz will distribute all tournament prizes/awards via the tournament director’s discretion. Tournament director reserves all rights to modify any game to a 1-pitch format, eliminate play-in game round, eliminate Dog-House Bracket, eliminate Loser Bracket, eliminate 4 game guarantee format, modify time limit(s), in the event of time constraints due to Weather or Random Acts of God. Any Player Registration Cancellations or Drops before July 27th 2023 are subject to a $30 Administration Fee. Absolutely NO REFUNDS of any amount after October 12th, 2023. You as a participant here by grant permission to Spiderz Sports, its representatives, and employees, to take photographs and/or videos of me during the Sin City Mega Draft and/or Sin City Mega Draft 2 event. I understand that the photographs and/or videos may be used for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes by Spiderz Sports including but not limited to, advertising, brochures, websites, social media platforms, and other promotional materials.
I agree that Spiderz Sports has the full right to copyright, reproduce, publish, distribute, or display any such photographs and/or videos, without any compensation or consideration owed to me. I acknowledge and agree that the photographs and/or videos may be edited or modified as deemed necessary by Spiderz Sports.
I hereby release Spiderz Sports , its representatives, and employees from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, costs, expenses, liabilities, and judgments whatsoever, whether at law or in equity, arising out of or related to the use, distribution, or publication of the photographs and/or videos, including without limitation, any claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, or copyright infringement.I further acknowledge that participation in the event is voluntary, and I have no expectation of privacy during the event. I understand that I may be identifiable in the photographs and/or videos, and I waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished products or the use to which the photographs and/or videos may be applied.

Participants of Spiderz Mega Drafts grant Spiderz Sports permission to use their likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration and waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.
